  • For any questions about your bookings, always  speak to the travel service provider (airline or travel agent etc.) directly.

  • Here at Jet Compare, since we are a travel search engine, we don’t have access to your booking confirmation or any of your booking details. Once you’ve chosen your flights, hotel, car or travel insurance we redirect you through to your chosen airline, travel agent or service provider where you complete your booking and pay directly. Jet Compare therefore unable to send you your booking confirmation.

  • Prices shown currency

  • Please make sure price’s currency before paying. Donot pay until you are very sure which currency and how much your are paying. Jet Compare takes no responsibility.

  • Can you help me with a flight quote?

  • Because Jet Compare isn't a travel agent, we can't offer tailored quotes. But you can use our search, including our filters, to find the best value flight for you.

  • You can also sign up for our newsletter to find out about travel deals and sales when they happen.

  • What's included in the price shown?

  • The prices you see on Jet Compare should include all mandatory fees for most of our travel partners but some have booking fees on top of these prices. However you'll need to check non-mandatory fees such as seat allocation, baggage and meals before you book your flight with your chosen airline or travel agent. These fees normally show up as you go through the process of booking and paying for your flight.

  • I didn't get a confirmation email for my booking. What should I do?

  • First, check your junk folder. If it's not hiding in there and you still haven't received an email after 24 hours, you'll need to contact your airline or travel agent. Because Jet Compare doesn't take bookings or payments we don't have access to your booking details.

  • How can I change or cancel my booking?

  • You'll need to contact the airline or travel agent you booked with. Because we're not a travel agent we don't have access to your booking details.

  • I don't know who I booked my flights with. How do I find out?

  • The company you booked with should appear on your booking confirmation. If you don't have the confirmation we recommend checking your bank or credit card statement to see who processed your payment.

  • I'm not sure if my booking went through. How do I find out?

  • Don't try to book again - you could end up with two bookings. Go ahead and contact the company you booked with directly to confirm if the transaction was successful.

  • Is hold baggage included in the prices shown?

  • Prices online are usually for flight fares only but they will include mandatory fees such as airport and fuel taxes. Hold baggage is often an extra cost. You would need to check the baggage price and allowance on the airline/agents site and add this on as you go through the booking process.

  • Is my ticket changeable / refundable ?

  • Check with the airlines / booking agent for ticket terms and conditions. Jet Compare has no access to you ticket/tickets.

  • How much are the change/refund/cancellations fees ?
